Making Adjustment

i am still getting used to the new school and its system...or rather what system...haa....guess i am really not used to being in such a messy centre....there is no structure..basically the teachers just do whatever they want to do.....damn slack...i think i am still used to my old school system...everytime must be on the go....no time to sit and shake legs and do nothing....something that the teachers love to do here a lot...and the teachers in this sch are very pampered....met my first difficult teacher todae...told her to combine the classes coz no enough teacher....k1 and k2....both classes came up to 12 pupils the most...she claims that there are too mnay...she cannot handle...i mean the normal ratio is 1:25 ok???????just because she is used to her 1 :6 means she cant take any more children......irritating man.....oh well...trying to take things easy...told myself i will leave the sch soon....really dun like being a p.....dun like making decisions and organising ppl......dun mind the paper work part as those are very repetitive and mundane...just hate the organising ppl part and solving ppl problem part...maybe i am still not ready to take up such a leadership role.....will take my time here and learn things slowly....then my last day in the centre is nov 2008...want to leave the place before licensing...if not i think i will be in real trouble coz the centre is in such a mess.....that is if i can last so long lo...haaa....everyday i am so frustrated when i go home....new problems will surface and i will have to clear the shit.....sigh....will take my time to find a new place......this time will have to be even more careful and assess the place first..
