mind edge sucks

i sent my resume out to mind edge todae...they were looking for teachers....to my surprise, this afternoon the founder of the school messaged me to go down for an interview on mon...as it was a last min notice, i told him to reschedule as it wasn't possible....then he sm sed back to have the interview on fri..but it was at a odd time so i had to reschedule again....this time koala advised me to ask him straight abt the pay package....i was a little reluctant to do so as it seem very tacky....however koala has his pt...better to lay things straight rather than going down for the interview and realise that there is going to be a pay cut..i realised that this happens so often...no matter what is the expected salary u put on ur cv, ppl will still call u down for an interview and after the interview they will make an offer that is easily a few hundred dollars lower than ur current pay...i mean cant they be honest??....at least when calling ppl up for interviews, they shd have stated that the amt they are willing to pay is this...if u are fine with the cut, then come back for the interview...isn't this better than wasting each other's time??.....anyway back to the story...koala was advising me to ask him straight so in the end i did....i ask in a pretty nice manner and explained to him my bad experiences and that was why i was being forward in asking him directly.....i even apologised to him for being forward..thought i put my question across very nicely....but u know what?...the reply i received was downright rude and unprofessional...he messaged that there will no need to meet up for an interview because he is looking for ppl with the passion to teach and not out to make money.....i mean what kind of fucking reply is that???...that is downright insulting...if he was not out to make money then why did he set up the sch?....dun charge ppl money for the lessons lah....i do admit that my qn might be inappropriate but as the founder of the school, shd u handle this with more tact?....he could have easily said why dun we meet for first before discussing abt the pay package.....rather than give a childish reply....plus honestly the hype abt working for passion is so over rated....anyone knows that passion can only take u somewhere......the money has to also be reasonable....i dun think i deserved such a reply.....anyway i still messaged back calmly ok..thanks anyway....was terribly upset by this sms...did not dare to show koala too....it was damn humiliating...however after a while, i was too angry and upset that i started to cry....i know i am lousy....in the end i told a very puzzled koala what happened and koala was so angry..he wanted to message the bastard back to scold him....no matter what there is no need to resort to such personal attacks....anyway i thought forget it but this issue really spoilt my whole day mood.....mind edge really sucks....if the founder has zero pr, how good can the sch be?....both my sis and koala said it is a blessing in disguise....how can i ever work for a bosss like that?....and it is better that this happened via sms...cant imagine what will happen if he had chided me during the interview when the subject of money came up...sigh.....
