this or that?

ok...decision making point again for me...went for an interview this morning....all thanks to du who found this lo bang for me....this time is a sch quite near to home....place seems alright on the whole...bosses seem ok too....pay package not too bad too but need to work on alternate sats and i am back on the rotational shifts again...unlike at psbtp....i guess the only reason why i get a fixed shift at psbtp because i am treated like a part time staff...have to make a decision soon....this place seems quite urgent..in fact, wanted me to give answer on the spot..i am quite undecided because of the alternate sats......so used to just taking one sat per mth......never in my entire working life these 6 yrs have i ever work in an alternate sat place..weighing my pros and cons now...i hate making decisions.......really bad to making decisions....shd i decide to leave psbtp, how am i going to tell wm?...what will be my reasons?...oh my god....i hate making decisions.....
