reflection time

todae marks my first mth with lfl...been an eventful mth really....i have been so vocal that i dun even recognise myself...usually i am more low key at work and is a more yes person but in lfl, i find myself becoming more vocal and i even quarrel and go against my boss....boss has been a real pain in the ass..she reminds me of a cross between k and mrs t.....k as in the control freak...everything also will poke her nose into...mrs t as in her penny pinching ways and her need for speed...haaa....guess i cant run away from kl....even in another school, there are a new form of kl in it....i dun care that boss thinks that i have a bad attitude but i cannot watch and see her 'bully' the kids....i guess there is a lot of things i can endure like maybe treating the teachers as maids and we have to help out with the general cleaning...of course i will be unhappy and bitch abt it but then eventually this is something that i will still do and follow but of course in a half past six manner...but to stop children from essential things for their development or doing not age appropriate things, i wont be able to stand for it and keep quiet...for example, this particular child has just recovered from hfmd and has a cert from the doctor to certify her as medically fit to return to the centre..yet when the child came in, boss isolated the child in the office as she felt that the child was still 'infectious'...i got so pissed off that i told boss straight in her face that she had no right to do so as the doctor has already given the green light...i think boss is also angry with me for telling her off but i dun care....u can do anything to us but not at the expense of the children...if at the end of the day, if boss asks me to leave due to my rotten attitude, at least i can hold my head up high and say i did it for the children...i stood up for the children's rights....
