bad day at work

going to work after a long break really sucks....boss came and she is back to her usual poking nose mood...everything also need to poke her nose into...everything also must comment...can tell my p is really pissed off with her....p also told me something very upsetting todae....she is thinking of leaving already...i can guess why...the recent events at work has revealed that boss is not a boss that is worth working for...for all those who know the story,just bear with me again...the ex p wants to come back to lfl...she has been contacting all the parents and has been bad mouthing the current staff.....as a result parents have been pretty hostile to all of us.....she has also instigated the parents to sign a petition to get herself back in the centre......boss is aware of this and instead of supporting us and telling the ex p to f*** off and leave us alone, she has been acting on those rumours and been telling us that these parents have confided in the ex p that we are lacking in these areas so we need to improve....my p feels that maybe my boss wants the ex p to come back and that is why she has been making things difficult for all of us to get us to leave.....honestly i am not sure what is going on coz i dun know the ex p...but for the older staff who has worked with the ex p before, they claim that the ex p has been calling them up everyday for info on the sch...but i can understand why my p is so upset..instead of siding the existing staff, she chooses to side the ex staff instead....no wonder my p feels that it is no pt working so hard...my other colleague , my kaki also feels like leaving....esp when the case of the time off thing came up....i dun know what to do man....
