meeting with new boss

had a meeting with my new boss yesterday to discuss some important details about pay and everything...luckily the package that was offered was pretty good..it is better than lfl's package but of course it will come with greater responsibilities and more work since i will be setting up a new centre from ground zero...i am excited abt it but at the same time i am also nervous abt how things will go...but boss struck me as someone who is very open to discussions and new ideas...she wanted to get the jolly phonics program but when i told her that i didn't really like the jolly phonics program and prefer something instead, she took my suggestion and said since i will be the one teaching, i shd choose a program that i am comfortable with...was quite happy to hear this ..at least she seems very receptive towards everything..she also emphasized on having the right hierarchy...for example, since she is the boss, any issues will be addressed properly through the right channels...like from her to the p then to the teachers...i also agree that these are very important issues.. we need to be very sensitive with dealing with human relationships....i pray that this job will go well...
