what a week

it is wednesday already...mid week....home early todae coz boss let us off early coz some reno is still going on..updates on home: i am quite comfortable with home liao...still have to do the housework of course but at least i am more or less used to the so called routine of doing housework.....i have also learnt to ignore sack of rice and his slacking ard the house...now for the updates on work...finally met up with the chinese teachers..so far there are 2 of them...one is quite matured...mother of 2...the other is the same age as me and quite a drama queen...she is s2..auds, u know what i mean right? ..but auds, this s2 is not stupid like s1...she got pretty good brains...just like to act drama drama...do u remember li dan?? from ke?? a little of li dan's character...gung ho and can be quite straight...the older woman is quite quiet....soft spoken but with some brains too...anyway i think despite just knowing each other for such a short time, we can get along...which is good lah...i dun think i will have problems working with them for now...the main issue after working a few days: the bosses dun know what they want....everything is not really confirm...a lot of let's see how....let's see later..the teachers are lost..everyone is lost....i guess this is what happens when u join a brand new school...there are lots of uncertainties....even in the employment contract....realised that many of my terms in the contract is different from reality..so decided to speak to boss to settle things once and for all...turned out that i am really right....the things that were promised previously cannot be fulfilled coz those decisions were made way back when the school was not ready yet..now that things are starting to move, they realised that the old terms and conditions cannot be fulfilled...had a trashing out session to iron things out..i dun think that i shd compromise on what i was promised.....in the end, we had to settle on middle ground...well i did not really get 100% what i wanted, but at least i managed to fight for 50% of it...better than nothing...what a week man...2 more days to go till weekends..i hope it passes by quickly.....
