new colleague = more learning for me?

loads of changes are taking place this month at work.....with the departure of faz and desmond, we had two new staff on board....one turned out to be just a rich tai tai who is teaching just to keep herself busy while the other is supposed to have a degree in ech like me....was looking forward to meeting the latter coz i thought for once, there can be someone that i can look up to and learn something new from..was very impressed by her at first coz she is very articulate and carries herself very well...however after observing her this entire week, i must say that i am kinda of disappointed....what surprised me was that despite being in this line for about seven years, she doesn't know how to do a lesson plan...guess jg tends to pamper their staff by already pre planning all their lessons...all their teachers need to do is just take and go...even the songs they sing in class comes from a cd coz she is kind of lost without that cd to sing songs....hmmm...on friday, i took a sneak peak at her lesson plan that she was planning...she actually had to google to find out the song lyrics for the song 'we're going to the zoo'...for all those who are not in this line, i consider that song a rather basic ech song that an experienced teacher shd know....it is like googling to find the lyrics of baa baa black sheep...hmmm...i know i am being a little too critical over here but then i really wonder if her cv is actually real....hmmm.....
