early morning piss off

i am going opening todae..and i am blogging abt this in sch....it is so early in the morning and already someone has pissed me off....i just noticed this in the sign in and out sheet ....yesterday one staff was late for abt 30 mins...according to company's rules, u are suppose to pay back on that day itself..eg: late for 30 mins, stay back by 30 mins...instead i saw an indication beside the sign in and out..claim ot.....i was like huh?....what is this?...u mean u can claim ot anytime u want meh?...without seeking approval or anything..the thing is i am not sure if she has asked PC aka half the boss of this sch...in that way, will over ride me already...next thing that pissed me off...checked the old sign in and out...just noticed that one particular staff was bored at home that day and came in earlier to work on a certain day...so now she is claiming that extra time as ot too...i was like no one ask u to come earlier lo...we have enough staff...so u are free at home then u come earlier so count as ot...weird...i dare not comment too much because even if this matter is brought up to boss, she will side them..after all that teacher did work during the time when she came earlier...but i just wonder, with the situation like that, how would the centre monitor how much ot a staff does...or does it work on the principle of trust and giving and taking...which if u want to go off early ok...blah blah...no need to count so exact etc....this sch is definately famous for not having a system..oh well...shall not stay pissed off..after all i know i have no control over this matter...esp when no one will back me up...PC will also side the staff coz i know she thinks they are all so poor thing and work so hard...haaa...on a brighter note, i got facial later..i love facials....can relax a bit...i hope my this cough goes away soon....it irritates me nonstop at night....hope stardust is having a much better day than me at work...haaa..
