The Real Face of Boss??

quite funny really....known my current boss for quite long already...well wont say know her very well but i mean my impression of her last time was very good..she is efficient, fast, knows what she wants etc...basically thought she will be a good mentor to me when i come in to KE coz she is definately very well known in this field and experienced....now that i am working for her...turned out that it is not exactly what i imagined..the sch is in a mess...not only mine but also the other branch...something u will not expect that is from her....she is still very nice...but her level of efficiency is not what i imagined....she sits on things....she can be very double standarded...it all depends on how daring u are to ask for things...because she likes to be very democratic and takes everyone views into consideration, sometimes things dun get done with ppl have different views and the matter is just chucked away...scary right?...a totally different person what i think she used to be....what shd i do?
