what a bad start to a monday!

what a really bad start to this week...first thing i heard when i came to school this morning is that one of my chinese teachers has resigned...not too shocked abt this news because she has been hinting to me for some time that she is sick of working at ke...no motivation....just floating ard everyday for her.....no prospects too...so decided to pack up her bags and go back home to china.....not that shocked that she resigned but just surprised that it came so soon....thought she will only resigned much later....hmmm....guess will have to start to work for chinese teachers soon.....i dun have much time ...just one mth...if i dun find a teacher to replace her then i will be in deep shit....because it means that all the remaining teachers will have to work longer hours so that the centre can remain in operation......damn sian.....i pray hard that i will be able to find a replacement soon.......anyway that is not the end of the story....ssc came in the morning and acted so sick.....i knew she was up to her quota for mc...even koala knows that she always take mc on monday....and it happens every mth...anyway to cut a long story short, ssc will be on two days mc which means i will have to do her closing shift tomolo...damn pissed off lo..i hate doing closing lo....and now i have to do it for her....honestly i know she is not that sick...just trying to pretend to act sick...even the other teachers are put off...they said that she is very weak and keeps falling sick...sigh...this is really ke spirit....nearly every week i have someone on mc or on leave....oh my god....i have been feeling increasingly unhappy with what i am doing now...wont say it is tough but i just get frustrated with ppl with no sense of responsibility...taking mc anytime they want...and i really hate the shift job...really getting to me...starting to think if this is what i want to seriously do for the rest of my life...being a principal means i forever will be bugged by such stuff...staff going on mc..who cover what shifts etc.......really at the crossroads of my life...
