boss approached me todae...discussed some plans for growth for the school which indirectly means that there are plans for some form of career advancement for me....mixed feelings at the moment..i am not sure if i am ready to move forward....but this also means more money is likely to come in and a better profile in my cv....i will wait and see first.....then decide later
