terrible time at work

i am sooo exhausted....i really do hate holiday programmes...there are simply too many children and it is a mixed aged group...terrible....this terrible workload has caused one of my collagues to resign...and i know there are more to come....quite demoralising to see people leaving one by one...i foresee by the end of the year, the only ones left would be the very people who wrote the curriculum at first....i think boss is getting a little worried so she has been going around and see if everyone is ok so far...most of us are complaining that there is simply too much to do.....come next year, i wonder what it will be like..i only hope the changes are for the better...
