time to seriously think

i have been just offered a promotion....boss is promoting me to be the principal of the centre....there will be a pay increase but of course nothing comes free in this world...it comes with some additional responsibilities...not sure if i shd take it up though coz i had a really scary experience in my previous workplace....but then on the other hand, that was more than 3 yrs ago and i do feel slightly more ready now emotionally...time to weigh the pros and cons now...hmm
